Mobile invoice screen design showing itemized purchase details, total cost, and secure payment options including PayPal, Apple Pay, and credit card. Includes options to download or screenshot the invoice

Nowadays every person with an iPhone or android is looking for the simple act of being able to purchase whatever they need or want with the touch of the screen. Not only is online shopping bigger today than it has every been (especially this past year during this crazy time of the Corona virus), but shopping via mobile devices has become mainstream and necessary. Not only does all online shopping need a mobile version in order to shop successfully through the palm of their hands and the touch of their fingertips, but stores are creating their own apps for an even better shopping experience.

Payment is a big part of the shopping experience. Users want a simple, easy, secure way to submit their payment. Whether it is by filling out their credit card information manually, or using apple pay, amazon pay, or paypal, users want it to be easy and also want to make sure that they can keep track of their payments.

When designing an invoice screen, I kept in mind that users will want to screenshot or save the invoice information. Users also want simple payment options that they can trust and know that their payment information is safe. Most importantly, users want to be able to make these transactions on their mobile devices.

Please see the below screen that I designed for the invoice design challenge:
